Encouragement From The Lord   THE LORD DESIRES THAT I BE OF GOOD CHEER:

Joh 16:33 - "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

THE LORD IS MY UNFAILING STRENGTH:

Exo 15:2 - "The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him."

Psa 28:7 - "The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him."

Hab 3:19 - "The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds' feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments."

THE LORD IS MY SAFEST AND ONLY REFUGE:

Psa 57:1 - "Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast."

Psa 62:7 - "In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God."

Psa 91:2 - "I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust."

THE LORD IS MY BLESSED REDEEMER:

Job 19:25 - "For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:"

Psa 19:14 - "Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer."

THE LORD IS MY GREAT SALVATION:

Psa 62:6 - "He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be move."

Psa 62:7 - "In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God."

Psa 118:14 - "The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation."

Isa 12:2 - "Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation."

THE LORD IS MY ALL-SUFFICIENT PORTION:

Psa 73:26 - "My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever."

Psa 119:57 - "CHETH. Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words."

Psa 142:5 - "I cried unto thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living."

Lam 3:24 - "The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him."

THE LORD IS MY SOLID ROCK:

2Sam 22:2 - "And he said, The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;"

2Sam 22:3 - "The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence."

Psa 18:46 - "The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted."

Psa 31:3 - "For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me."

Psa 71:3 - "Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress."

Psa 92:15 - "To shew that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him."\

THE LORD IS MY WATCHFUL SHEPHERD:

Psa 23 - "The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
                  He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
                  He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
                  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil:
                  for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
                  Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:
                  thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
                  Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:
                  and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever."

THE LORD HAS GREAT LOVE FOR ME:

Jer 31:3 - "The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee."

Joh 15:13 - "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."

Joh 17:22-23 - "And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me."

Rom 8:38-39 - "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

THE LORD IS EXCEEDINGLY GRACIOUS UNTO ME:

Psa 116:5 - "Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful."

Psa 145:8 - "The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy."

2Cor 12:9 - "And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me."

THE LORD IS MY ABUNDANT PROVIDER:

Mar 10:29-30 - "And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life."

Rom 8:32 - "He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?"

1Cor 2:9 - "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him."

Php 4:19 - "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."

Joh 10:10 - "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."

Eph 3:20-21 - "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen."

I AM FOREVER SECURE IN MY LORD:

Joh 10:27-28 - "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand."

Jud 24-25 - "Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen."

I AM PRECIOUS TO MY LORD AND HE TO ME:

Psa 116:15 - "Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints."

1Pet 2:7 - "Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner"
